We promote independence and preserve mental ability-so your loved one doesn't just have a beautiful place to live, they have a home that will help them thrive.
There are a total of six houses at Tennyson Court and each one has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The household model is a desirable style of assisted living, removing the concerns of long confusing hallways and overwhelming dinning and activity spaces. Our houses are designed to assist residents in building relationships amongst their peers and their staff within our care, activities and culinary teams.
Each house features 13-15 individual studio apartments, a small dining area, a living room, and spaces for residents to meet with friends and family. The household model requires higher staffing ratios to run and in return, staff learn more about their resident's needs and can assist them in providing individualized care, laundry and housekeeping services, and medication management. In addition, Physical and Occupational therapists, nurses, and on-site physicians are able to visit residents in their rooms and provide services. The unique design of household living removes the barriers set by traditional assisted living corridor models, allowing residents to be a part of their service plans, and having their needs met by personalized care in the comforts of their home.

Care
Assisted Living

Memory Care

Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
Personal Care
Personal care involves assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility support to help maintain independence and enhance day-to-day life.
Care Homes
Care homes provide a residential environment offering around-the-clock assistance with personal care, daily activities, and medical needs. They offer a safe and supportive setting with a trained team to ensure resident well-being and encourage engagement through various activities.

My Mom loves living at Tennyson Court! She is always well taken care of and me and my brothers (who all live out of state) never feel like we are worrying about whether or not she is in good hands, because we see so ourselves every time we go to visit her! The staff are amazing and always have plenty of stories about our mom for us whenever we are in town. The nice thing too is they are always available whenever we have questions or concerns. Thank you Tennyson Court for all that you do!

Don't look any further than Tennyson Court. The staff and care not only met but exceeded our expectations. My mom has unfortunately had to recently move from her beautiful room, and I miss everyone there so much. I'm forever grateful. God bless T.C.!

My mother lived at Tennyson Court Assisted Living for over 3 years until her recent passing. The facility is charming and with the loving care, community and amazing staff (nurses, aides and administrators) my mom to felt safe and cared for with me living 3000 miles away. The team at Tennyson was always available to answer any questions and very responsive in times of need. I highly recommend Tennyson Court to any family needing extra help from an assisted living community!
