I cannot speak highly enough of this incredible nursing home! From the caregivers to the executive director, the level of compassion and care is unmatched. Every time I visit, I am blown away by the kindness and attentiveness the staff shows to each resident. The Activities Director, Gwen, is absolutely amazing—just yesterday, I learned that she bakes a homemade birthday cake for each resident, tailored to their choice! It’s these personal touches that make this place feel like home. The residents are always engaged and having a great time, which speaks volumes about the environment here. The facility itself is beautiful, smells wonderful, and is impeccably clean. The food is top-notch, and it’s clear the team works hard to provide the best care possible. It’s not just about the residents’ physical well-being, but their emotional and mental health too, and this place excels in both. I am so grateful for the outstanding care my loved one received here—it truly feels like a community. Highly recommend!

My husbands Aunt has been here for several months. It's a very nice place. Her room is a very good size room and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy visiting with my aunt and she is happy and well taken care of at Terra Bella. I highly recommend this facility.

I just placed my Dad in Terra Bella's memory care. He suffers from that devil of a disease... Lewy Body Dementia. He was not willing to go live in a home like this because he is still able to do alot for hisself but his brain just doesn't want to work like it did. He wandered off twice and had episodes where he would do things that he could have gotten hurt badly or else could have hurt someone else without meaning too. So it was time and I was scared and worried about how to go about doing this. He had to have some time to adjust because he wanted to go back home BUT I know that he is safe and sound and I can sleep at night! THANK YOU to Hannah and Jenelle!! Hannah talked me through the paperwork and any questions I had ... and I had a bunch!! She even came to my house when I couldn't come to her! She was very efficient and knowlegable about the facility, and the process. Jenelle was the med tech/supervisor that I talked to daily while I couldn't see Dad and she would tell me his problems and how they were dealing with them. How his day was going. Dad's attitude has changed considerably and he is even participating in the activities now. The thing is ...He has been there only two weeks but I see how the staff are caring for him and they respect him and treat like family! The people who work here are sincerely nice and very understanding! I can call day or night and check on Dad. The only thing i wasn't wild about is because I think they need a larger space to be secured for outside activities in the memory care side. Possibly include more of the side yard and gate it. My dad loves being outside when the weather is good! When I first toured the place I actually spoke to a couple of residents and they seemed happy!

My aunt is a resident in assisted living at Terrabella Asheboro . Everyone there has went above and beyond to try to make her feel comfortable and at home. They have an activity director, beautician, a volunteer, kitchen staff, housekeepers. and caregivers that are all great! The building is very well maintained. Tori, Hannah, and Maria in the office have all been great to work with , starting with the admission process and any other questions that I've had.
