Quail Haven Village

Mom and dad have been totally pleased with all levels of care at Quail Haven. They have experienced Independent Living, Rehab at the Inn, and Assisted Living. Mom has really responded well to the individual attention she receives at AL. Prior to this at another local facility she was not eating and pretty much bed bound. Kim is a fantastic supervisor for the licensed staff, and knows our parents well. I have no complaints and would place them there again without hesitation.

Quail Haven has cared for my mom for eight years. Currently Mom’s closest caregivers on the team there include compassionate CNA’s, med techs, and an excellent registered nurse, Kim Kimrey RN, who has done a superb job of organizing, advocating, and promoting residents and staff to maximize their comfort and safety. Kim is very responsive to questions and a good communicator. She is watchful over operations and finds ways to help them run efficiently without sacrificing safety. She contracted with a team of medical providers to improve overall health of the ALF and independent living. Kim improved the pharmacy communications and stays on top of medication supplies and safe use. She has many years of hands on clinical care experience as well as effective management skills of care teams. Her leadership is received well by other staff. She graciously interacts with the residents as though they could be her family, making sure their days are engaging and enjoyable. She’s “the full package” of what you’d want in a nurse administrator. We are so fortunate to have Kim at the helm of nursing care in her departments at Quail Haven Retirement Home. Mom is happy to be at Quail Haven in Pinehurst, NC.

My wife has received terrific care. All care givers are attentive to her needs and quickly resolve issues when they arise. Care givers are friendly to residents and visitors.
