We had an excellent tour with Allison. She was extreamly helpful, knowledgable, and attentive to our upcoming concerns and needs with placement of my Mother. Loved the place and I will feel very comfortable having my Mother become a resident.

My experience with Tech Ridge Oaks has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we connected, it was clear how much the team truly cares about every single resident who moves in. Sherrean goes above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and loved. And the team is a strong and dedicated team - they're always attentive, professional, and compassionate. The environment here is warm, supportive, and feels like family. My father has lived at Tech Ridge Oaks for two years. He has thrived since moving there. He had to spend time in Skilled Nursing last year, and it only made it more clear how well he did at Tech Ridge. Like all the facilities I have seen, they are understaffed. Sometimes it takes a while to get things done. You have to be persistent and stay on top of things. Sometimes the clothes get mixed up, and someone else is wearing his things. He has things go missing, but they usually show up. The Staff care. My dad, and the others, are cared for. I trust Tech Ridge Oaks with my father. I don't even trust him with his own family. Tech Ridge Oaks is his family now. He's home.
