Affinity at Wells Branch is a very friendly place with a lot of activities. My companion dog and I really enjoy living here. The building backs to a park with walking trails. Also this location gives me easy access to shopping and restaurants.

This facility could be a great place for ‘ACTIVE SENIORS’ but they are allowing seniors who are not active and really belong in an assisted care facility. The walk path trail is awesome, the apts. are ok but very cheap appliances (refrigerators have no ice maker), everything is very cheap. But we make due with what we have.

A beautiful place to call home. My husband and I love the sunset view from our patio. The community director, John Hairgrove & executive assistant Kaelie Kankel are extremely kind, caring and have bend backwards for the residents. The residents are warm & friendly. The premises are kept very clean & many activities are planned here, never an idle moment yet a very peaceful place to live.

Been here over 6 years, transferred 3 times starting in a studio to a 2 bdrm/1bath to a current 1 bedroom. Rent is reasonable, includes all utilities. Always something available regarding activities. No plans on leaving.
