As a senior living advisor, it’s my job to spend time in each community to help clients learn all they can to see if a place is a good fit for their loved one or themselves. Every time I have walked through the front door of this place, I am greeted by happy residents and smiling staff. The team here gets to know each residents needs, preferences and desires intimately - it is evident how deeply they care for each person. I was recently moved to tears by their Executive Director Janelle, as she shared about her personal journey with her parents and her long career in this field - A true advocate for seniors and their families.

I live across the country from Colorado, so it was naturally disconcerting to have a loved one placed in a memory care facility so far away. We had a couple of “false starts” when it came to placement in the Denver area, but we hit the jackpot when we found Sunrise. I have never been anything but impressed with the facility. When visiting, (always unannounced) our loved one was always well dressed, well groomed and was very content with his surroundings. The staff was never anything but friendly, kind, and compassionate. And most important for us, from hundreds of miles away, communication with Sunrise was superb. Contacting our loved one was always quick and easy, and we always received a call if the staff had any concerns. Sunrise is a real gem.

We would highly recommend Sunrise Pinehurst. Our family has experienced some situations that we would not wish for anyone. Sunrise Pinehurst has helped to alleviate our anxiety and provide a safe comfortable home for our family member. They have provided assistance and care that has mad our family flourish. Such a beautiful community! Every time I have stepped in there, the residents are happy and so welcoming. The place smells like delicious food as the dining room is close to the entry, and the warm welcome from reception make it one of my favorite places to visit. It is beautifully maintained and the atmosphere from the staff to the residents make it very evident that everyone is cared for by an outstanding management team.
