My parents moved into Edencrest (now StoryPoint) at Timberline in November 2025. Their experience has been outstanding. The entire staff are so friendly, caring and supportive. They really make you feel welcome and part of the community that they have here. When my father needed hospice care after being diagnosed with cancer, the medical team went above and beyond to help out and worked hand in hand with hospice to make the transition so smooth. We are so grateful for Geoff Counasse’s leadership as the executive director - he certainly leads by example to show his sincere care for those living in this facility.

This place seemed like a dream when we first went for a tour. The dream ended pretty quickly when we realized that 1/2 of the staff didn't speak English and the other 1/2 couldn't care less. You pay an exorbitant amount of money and they can't even get your loved one up from a fall, we had to come and do it. These people will lie to your face with a smile, please don't have your loved ones live here, it's awful!

In a tumultuous journey for our family, Edencrest at Timberline, helped us find comfort, faith and confidence in selecting a final home for mom as she needed memory care and hospice. Edencrest at Timberline is ......... quality, new, fresh, clean, upbeat, attentive, warm, nurturing, empathetic, engaged, responsive. Mom was Doris, not a client. Edencrest took a sincere interest in mom as an individual. The staff to client ratio was very good. Staff interactions with mom were warm and frequent. Individual medical plans and execution was comforting. The memory unit and care provided was excellent. Edencrest met our needs while also providing counsel and expertise for the care plan. Care was provided 24/7. Thank you to Geoff Counasse, the Executive Director, for the leadership he provides in caring for clients AND their families.

Concerns about staffing levels and turn over. Lack of consistency among staff creates a break down in services.
