Illahee Hills is conveniently located near 86th Street & Douglas Ave. in Urbandale. The residents are so friendly and neighborly. They have 3 to 5 programs and events daily, along with field trips on their complimentary shuttle bus. It’s nice to always be able to socialize with nice people everyday.

Right from the start my aunt knows this was the place for her. Sarah was super knowledgeable and had my aunts best interest at heart. She really is passionate about senior living. My aunt is very happy to call this facility HOME. The great food and friendly staff make it easy for her to live her best life.

We loved this community. Seems that it was remodeled not too long ago and everything was very clean and new. Lots of areas for residents to gather and socialize. Lunch was great, several different choices to pick from.

A newly renovated, independent senior living community, that includes three (3) meals per day, complimentary transportation, several fun activities a day, plus a beauty salon. Also has on-site rehab through Ramsey Therapy. The staff provides great hospitality with a lot of fun performances and events.
