This has to be one of the worst places ever to have a family member to live here. My grandmother lived here a few months back in memory care and she was not getting proper care. The lady at the front desk sit in the office all day and act like she is doing work and can never answer the door or even help staff out. Residents are running wild half dressed and are not being attended to. Residents are falling and it’s not getting reported unless they end up in the hospital. Caregivers are looking stressed and looked over worked and tired due to short staff. Every time my dad will speak to caregivers they showed everyday they didn’t really care about his wife well being, she stayed going to the hospital. State should be in this building every day. Meds are either not being given or it’s late. Food get served cold. Staff will always walk around smelling like weed or will be outside in the back hanging out smoking. Very professional right ? ALL STAFF SHOULD BE DRUG TESTED . DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE AND PLUS THIS PLACE WAS ON THE NEWS

The community specialist who gave the tour did an awesome job highlighting all of the amenities StoryPoint has to offer along with being very patient answering all of the questions we had. She also had a great rapport with the residents which left an impression on us.

The caregivers at StoryPoint Mequon are very friendly and compassionate toward the residents. I have met several of them and they are very attentive to residents needing additional care.
