My wife and I have lived here for over 4 years and gone through 2 owners and 5 different managers we have finally hit the jackpot with Tyler. Tyler is a hands on manager who is available to all the residents. We have visited most every senior facility in Ozaukee county and found that most have the same amenities. The big difference with Teal Shores is the welcoming nature of the staff and residents. Newcomers are welcomed and introduced at our happy hours which are held 3 times per week. Last but not least are our activities. We can be kept busy from 9am to an after dinner movie if we so choose. Malia plans outings every week that take us to restaurants and other cultural events. The other centers do not come close to our variety of activities.

I happened onto this community from another CAPRI site. This checked off all the boxes for my parents. From the very beginning, the kindness that was displayed sold me. Set on 19 acres, the surrounding beauty fosters an array of Wildlife. My parents came from a beautiful rural area so this was an answer to a prayer. Inside is spacious with The main atrium offering daily activities, a salon, a small market, lovely dining room, library, Steinway grands etc. although they’ve only just begun their adventure here, I’m so pleased with the attention they have received . 24/7 on site care if needed and shout out to Angie, Mahlia, Madison and the ENTIRE staff and director ( thankful to DAVE ☺️) Adjustments are difficult, change is challenging but it helps to have a village to ease anyone into a new life. Highly recommend!!

Teal Shores has been a wonderful, supportive, caring community for my mom in independent living. She’s made such good friends and enjoys the dog therapy, outings, social activities, and even won the Halloween costume contest last year! The staff has become family and always has the residents well-taken care of. I would definitely recommend Teal Shores for any seniors looking for a new place to call home.

I have lived at Teal Shores Senior Residence about 3 1/2 years. Since Capri has come to Teal Shores, things have really improved with many more activities, and great improvements in maintenance and housekeeping staffs. Activities have really become positive with Malia Fischer returning with her high energy. Capri also communicates well with residents with regular meeting sessions. I feel privileged to have a place like Teal Shores to call home.
