ALL SHOW !! Outside looks nice, inside the care is mediocre at best! I have been trying for 3.5 months just to get the ADA entrance doors fixed, so I can enter to visit my friend. The Executive Director has never even responded. My friends windows are unusable, she has no screens. You can talk and write letters. No one listens.

We at Advanced Health Pharmacy have had the pleasure of providing talks to the residents on several topics. It is a clean, pretty building and staff is friendly. Being part of this program and informing the residents is priceless.

StoryPoint Kalamazoo is a very impressive space and community. I love to see the constant work of the Leadership team to create the best experience possible. The 1440 philosophy (1440 minutes in a day) of making each minute of everyday meaningful, an opportunity to dream and always something to look forward to is contagious. The continuous priority of allowing and fostering a safe place to live and have Personal Care supports in the building is a dream come true for families. It is also such bonus for families to have CorsoCare Hospice Care on site which allows your loved one to age in place and remain in their home. Truly a place I would have my loved ones reside. The leadership team truly takes an all hands in approach! I hosted an event here this week and the team was so helpful with all of the planning and setting up! I love working here and getting know all of the residents!
