My mom has lived at Storypoint for about 18 months at this point. We really like it. The building is fairly new, so the rooms are well laid out and modern. The building is well kept up and recently updated. Her walk-in shower is better than any shower in my house! The food is plentiful and constantly changing with continual input from residents. There are frequent parties, holidays, and celebrations which offer different and elevated food options and fun. The fellow residents here have all been kind and welcoming. There are enough different activities each day to choose from to keep anyone interested. What really makes this place great is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and introduces themselves. From the gentleman who cleans her room, to the extremely welcoming front desk, to the office staff, and to every medical professional on staff. Everyone I talk to likes their job and working at Storypoint. All will offer to help you directly with whatever you need or find the person who can help you if they can’t. We are really glad that we made the choice to have mom live here. She is really enjoying her time.

I am so relieved and grateful to share that we have finally found a loving home for my Auntie. I cannot express enough appreciation for Mrs. Portia, who guided us through this process with such professionalism and a gentle, comforting voice. We had several options to consider, but after visiting various places, it was Mrs. Portia’s kind words that truly resonated with me. Everything she shared about finding the right home for my auntie was spot on. From the moment we stepped in, the caring staff and their exceptional leadership made us feel welcomed. The tour was a wonderful experience, filled with smiles and warmth—it felt like a true home for my loved one. When we visited the memory care section, we met Laronica, who was nothing short of amazing. Her passion for her work and her genuine care were evident, as she not only provided invaluable information about memory care but also engaged with us so thoughtfully. The eye contact, the warm hugs—it all reassured me that we were in the right place. After the assessment of my auntie, Laronica continued to support me, ensuring I had all the information I needed and asking if there was anything else she could do. That meant the world to me. Thank you, StoryPoint, for welcoming my auntie into your family. Knowing she is in such caring hands allows me to finally sleep peacefully at night.

When I came to visit the community it’s was just breath taking as you walked in. Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. Met all of the leadership team and they all were pleasant. Jeanae showed me the entire community and it was such a delight to see how knowledgeable and well associated with the residents and families she was. Maintained great eye contact and sincerity to their concerns. It just gave that family oriented place for me. Her staff showed so much respect for her and you could tell it’s being handled by great leadership. Portia was also very helpful as well because when someone came to ask her a question she stopped to make sure she showed them her undivided attention. Wanted to let all of the staff that I also met that they are maintaining a great community and continue to keep the vibe and great teamwork they have because you can definitely feel secure there.

It is a beautiful facility, the management and the care team are working perfectly, and residents are having a lot of activities during the day. Also, it is good maintained and always clean here.
