My Father was at Storypoint for only 3 weeks before he passed away but while he was there he was treated so well by the staff. He required a lot of care and the aides were very kind and patient with him. The staff from the maintenance manager to the chef, aides, receptionist, and medical techs were wonderful. There were events for the residents to attend several times daily. The facility was beautiful and well maintained and decorated for the holidays. There were no unpleasant odors in the building that we found when looking at other facilities. While he was only there for a short period of time our family was happy that his last days were spent with caring people in pleasant surroundings.

Nice building but care was terrible. Staff always changing.. Aids without proper training put in critical situations. Food was reasonable. Housekeeping did you a favor to clean the bathroom. New prescriptions often took days to be delivered and dispensed to the residents. Things got so bad I felt the need to stay overnight the last few months. It was with great relief when I moved my dad at. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CASH GRAB. DO NOT BE MISLED BY THE NICE BUILDING. YOUR SENIOR WILL NOT GET THE CARE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

It is a beautiful facility, the management and the care team are working perfectly, and residents are having a lot of activities during the day. Also, it is good maintained and always clean here. You will love this place, and I can highly recommend to your loved ones! ED Jeanae and community leaders Porsha, Nikki are doing a great job together !

My mom has lived at Storypoint for about 18 months at this point. We really like it. The building is fairly new, so the rooms are well laid out and modern. The building is well kept up and recently updated. Her walk-in shower is better than any shower in my house! The food is plentiful and constantly changing with continual input from residents. There are frequent parties, holidays, and celebrations which offer different and elevated food options and fun. The fellow residents here have all been kind and welcoming. There are enough different activities each day to choose from to keep anyone interested. What really makes this place great is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and introduces themselves. From the gentleman who cleans her room, to the extremely welcoming front desk, to the office staff, and to every medical professional on staff. Everyone I talk to likes their job and working at Storypoint. All will offer to help you directly with whatever you need or find the person who can help you if they can’t. We are really glad that we made the choice to have mom live here. She is really enjoying her time.
