My mom lives at Comfort Cove Senior Living, and since the new ownership took over, the improvements have been outstanding. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The staff is caring, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the residents feel comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the new management is dedicated to providing the best possible care. We’re so grateful for the positive changes and the peace of mind knowing my mom is in such a wonderful place!

Since the change in ownership at Comfort Cove Senior Living, there have been noticeable upgrades. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable setting. The staff is attentive and approachable, making an effort to support the residents. The new management appears committed to keeping things running smoothly, and we’ve seen positive changes. It’s reassuring to know my dad is in a place where he’s taken care of.

I was ready to move my 99 year old mother out of American House mainly due to the uncaring staff at American House and the border line abusive care she received from their care team called Ready Care. But that is a different review.. Nic bought American House renamed it Comfort Care and brought in his own care team, come for care earlier this year. I have to say Nic really cares and it shows. He and his wife are at Comfort Cove daily mingling with residents and staff. Nic makes every effort to get to know his residents personally. If you have any concerns he returns your call in a timely manner. He has added various social activities to meet the diverse interests of the residents. ie: bingo, music, happy hour, painting, holiday parties to name a few. Comfort Cove is very clean and has maintaince workers that actually get repairs done quickly. Nic has been working on improving the meals and while you can't satisfy everyone, I have noticed a positive improvement since he took over. Transportation to various specialists is available within an 8 mile radius twice a week. The location is ideal as it is close to several specialists and Henry Ford Hospital. He added a wonderful Dr, Priti Bhardwaj who is available twice a week. She specializes in senior care. Sharita is the team lead for the caregiver team. She is amazing. If you have any care concerns, she makes every attempt to rectify any staffing schedule mix ups. My biggest problem to date is keeping my mom on a regular shower schedule. If you are considering the need for assisted living for a loved one, I would visit Comfort Cove. My mom enjoys living at Comfort Cove and I have the peace of mind she is well taken care of.

The acquisition of American House by Comfort Cove has been a blessing for my 100 year old mother who lives there. The staff is not only efficient but is considerate and gives her loving care. Communication with our family is ongoing. We’re thankful that mom is in good hands.
