The entire experience, from our initial concerns to the daily interactions, has been outstanding and provided my family with immense peace of mind during a difficult time. Key Highlights of Our Experience: Compassionate and Attentive Staff: Every staff member, from the administrative team to the caregivers and nurses, was incredibly kind and treated my well being with dignity and respect. They always communicated with us at eye level and went above and beyond to ensure my was comfortable and at ease. Impeccable Cleanliness and Atmosphere: The facility was always impeccably clean, organized, and had a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. There was no "nursing home smell," which was a significant relief compared to other facilities we toured. Engaging Activities and Community: The activities team is fantastic. We loved seeing the photos of the pet wall and bingo nights. These activities fostered a real sense of community and kept the residents engaged. Quality of Care: The nursing staff was truly on top of things, managing medications efficiently and always answering our calls and questions promptly. We saw a marked improvement in my well-being during their stay. Excellent Food and Nutrition: The meal plans were healthy and varied, which was important to us. Strong Communication: The administrative staff and social services team were always approachable and easy to work with. They were spot on in getting my transportation to appointments and ensuring we were informed every step of the way. In summary, Springs Village Care Center felt like a "home away from home". My dad had such a great experience at Springs Village. He was there for rehab for a hip surgery and the rehab therapists and nurses were all so caring and wonderful. Everyone really bent over backwards to make sure my dad had everything he needed to be comfortable and feel like he was taken care of. The food was better than the hospital. I would recommend to anyone who needs care or has a loved one who needs care.

Springs Village is a great place for our family members with disabilities or our elderly. Springs Village it's a very clean place, and the residents are receiving both skilled and long term care. The staff is friendly and highly professional.

My mom has received phenomenal care here! From the case manager Christina, to the transportation director Miguel, to the PT/OT’s Bonnie and Pamala, the nurses Ashley and Grace- her care has been comprehensive and personalized. The financial director Amanda has been readily available to answer all our questions and assist us with the necessary paperwork. The facility has lots of fun activities that keeps my mom engaged and socially active. My mom loves the food as well! Highly recommend this facility!
