Springs Village Care Center

My mom has received phenomenal care here! From the case manager Christina, to the transportation director Miguel, to the PT/OT’s Bonnie and Pamala, the nurses Ashley and Grace- her care has been comprehensive and personalized. The financial director Amanda has been readily available to answer all our questions and assist us with the necessary paperwork. The facility has lots of fun activities that keeps my mom engaged and socially active. My mom loves the food as well! Highly recommend this facility!

My experience with Springs Village care Center consist of four different stays by my mother for rehabilitation services. I have always been very involved in my mothers care and spent quite a bit of time at Springs Village when she was in their care. The facility is kept Impeccably clean and housekeeping always had a smile on their face when they come into moms room.The nursing staff were extremely competent and very kind. They really listen when my mother had a new issue or concern and did everything in their power to rectify the situation. After speaking with a few of the nurses ,throughout our many visits to Springs Village ,I got the sense that they really enjoy their jobs and that the company compensates them well thus resulting in very low turnover of employees. Happy employees equals great care in this situation!I would also like to mention the kitchen staff and the quality of the meals far exceeded my expectations. I witnessed numerous occasions when the cafeteria went above and beyond to provide my mother with whatever request she proposed. Also the food always smelled and tasted wonderful. The last observation I would like to share has to do with the physical therapy staff.These people are exceptionally good at their jobs.A perfect blend of encouraging mom to meet the goals that were set together with the expertise of knowing her limits. These employees really take pride in their jobs and always treat the residents with compassion and kindness! In conclusion I highly recommend Springs Village for the care of your loved one. Your loved one’s happiness and your peace of mind will thank me!!
