I just wanted to thank everybody at Springs Ranch. Their kindness, hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. Debra, the Director of Community Relations is just sensational. My mother’s room couldn’t have been put together so well without the introduction to her, from my sister. Debra sent over pictures and videos of my mother’s room to help facilitate the decorating details and protocol prior to her arrival. Everybody was so supportive while I was decorating my mothers room. They were so helpful from the moment I got there. In fact, I’m sure they could sense how nervous I was about leaving my mother. However, it was a tremendous relief to see my mother Happy for the first time in months. Even my mother in her compromised state could tell that she was in good hands. I haven’t seen her laugh and be happy at an extended care place since dementia overcame her. I can’t thank you all enough or let you know how pleased I am that my mom is in good hands. A big thank you to the amazing CNA Rachel, who graciously introduced me to her supportive team at Springs Ranch! I look forward to seeing my mother and all of you on the next visit. Paula

My wife who had lewey body dementia lived her final 13 months at Springs Ranch. I was so pleased with the way they cared for her - they were kind, gentle, uplifting. She was always clean, as was the facility. I also had great experiences interacting with management, nursing, the kitchen and cleaning staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would recommend this community to anyone needing memory support. The team are dementia specialists. Love the compassionate resident care, engaging activities, and wonderful meals. Well done Springs Ranch!

The staff at Springs Ranch is phenomenal. They are compassionate, caring, and unwaveringly professional. They have been so helpful in helping my dad transfer here from out of state.
