As the daughter of one of your newest residents,Linda, I wanted to say “thank you” for making the transition she has had to make so much easier. It’s a big relief to my family to know that she is in such a nice place. She even has recently gotten out of her comfort zone and attended some community activities. It’s also nice that she has been able to use the treadmill in the exercise room to help rehab a recent total hip replacement. Overall this has been a wonderful place for her and not just for the great facility but also the staff. Thank you all.

I went in for assistance with an apartment. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly with every need. The festive feeling around the front of the building is very welcoming. When I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Any questions I had were answered right then and there were organized pamphlets for each layout option. Overall, it was a great experience going in and getting the assistance I needed. Thank you to the front office staff for making the experience over the top inviting, welcoming, and friendly.

This is a great place to stay. The staff (from admin to maintenance team) clearly cares about the property and the people who live here. The building is over ten years old and it still looks like brand new property. This comes from hard work and people who care.

As a long time resident of Affinity@ Colorado Springs, I'm happy to say the current maintenance and housekeeping staff are the best I have seen here except for the short period when you could see Dan or Trevor on a daily basis (they were both awesome in what they did here). And not enough positive affirmations can be said about Robin and how she has been magnificent and gracious and patient with residents throughout the last year during many months of working by herself.. whoever reads this that has the ability, please give them raises!
