We had such a great experience with the office, Sarah and Brooke while helping my aunt search for a new apartment. She has lived on her own for so long in a house and they really sold her on the apartment and all the events they have every month. It is a big change for her and they genuinely care about her that it made it so much more comfortable to make this move.

The Affinity Apartments on Tutt are probably some of the highest quality and nicest 55+ communities in the Springs. The staff (especially Brook) always treat you with a warm welcome and they provide exceptional service. It seems on the tours they know all the residents names, so I am you feel at home living at Affinity!!
