Every time I go into Spring Arbor it is always so pleasant. It does not have the over of a nursing home. Everybody, the staff and the boats who stay in the nursing home are so friendly. Julie is always around and is ready to help in anyway that she can. She is very cautious about the safety of her folks. Julie and her staff were all top-notch.

A special thank you to Julie, the Administrator, for her exceptional leadership and genuine commitment to the residents and their families. Carole, the nurse, is always caring, knowledgeable, and attentive, providing comfort and confidence every step of the way. Rebecca, the Resident Care Coordinator, goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive personalized care and support. Kenneth, the Medical Technician, is kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From the Environment staff cleaning the building,Dietary Staff,Nursing Assistants and Cythina the receptionist warm smiles greets you upon entering the facility. The entire staff creates a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Their dedication, teamwork, and compassion make a real difference every day. Thank you all for the excellent care and for making Spring Arbor of Kinston feel like home for our patient and their families.

Spring Arbor of Kinston provides a warm and caring environment. The staff is dedicated to ensuring residents receive the best possible care. The community offers engaging activities and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Carole for her exceptional dedication and compassion. She consistently advocates for the needs of the residents, especially their medical needs, and works hard to ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I would also like to recognize the med techs, Ingram, Regina, and Kenny. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions or provide updates regarding my loved one’s care. Whether it is sharing important medical information or letting me know when additional items such as nutritional supplements are needed, they are always on point and communicate effectively. There are several other staff members who have also been wonderful and deserve recognition, even though I do not know all of their names. Their kindness, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Spring Arbor of Kinston to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for a loved one.

I highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved one. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats each resident like family. They do an excellent job of promoting independence while providing the right level of assistance when needed. The activities are wonderful and keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected. There is always something fun or meaningful to participate in, which really enhances their quality of life. One thing I appreciate most is the communication with families. The staff keeps us informed, answers questions promptly, and genuinely values our input. It's reassuring to know they work as a team with families to provide the best possible care. Health and safety are clearly top priorities. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always focused on the well-being of the residents. Knowing my loved one is in a safe environment with people who truly care gives me tremendous peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with the care and support they provide.
