Spring Arbor of Kinston provides a warm and caring environment. The staff is dedicated to ensuring residents receive the best possible care. The community offers engaging activities and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Carole for her exceptional dedication and compassion. She consistently advocates for the needs of the residents, especially their medical needs, and works hard to ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I would also like to recognize the med techs, Ingram, Regina, and Kenny. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions or provide updates regarding my loved one’s care. Whether it is sharing important medical information or letting me know when additional items such as nutritional supplements are needed, they are always on point and communicate effectively. There are several other staff members who have also been wonderful and deserve recognition, even though I do not know all of their names. Their kindness, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Spring Arbor of Kinston to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for a loved one.

When my mom needed memory care, I visited many facilities trying to find the best fit for her. The minute I walked in the door at Spring Arbor of Kinston, I felt such a sense of peace! All of the staff members in Kinston made a difficult process seamless. The administrators, receptionists, nurses and each of the caregivers were so knowledgeable, kind, professional and attentive. I give Spring Arbor of Kinston a "three thumbs up"!

Spring Arbor (Kinston) really saved my family. Our dad's dementia was/is progressing along with my mom's mobility issues due to neuropathy and they needed care we could not provide ourselves. We were originally a bit hesitant about the location as it's 90 minutes from our hometown, but we really lucked out. The staff and residents couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. Walking the halls it's all smiles which is beyond comforting....Also I hear the food is really tasty! :)

A few months ago, my siblings and I were faced with the very difficult decision to place our mother in a memory care facility as she was beginning to try to leave her home and go find her parents and other people who passed more than 40 years ago. We recognized that she was needing 24 hour care and were not in a position to provide that in her home. After one visit to Spring Arbor of Kinston, we had complete peace about placing our mother there. Walking through the front doors, I had an overwhelming sense of peace. The employees, as well as some of the assisted living residents greeted us with a smile. After touring the memory cottage, we felt this was the place our mother needed to be for her safety and continued care. There are no adequate words to express how pleased we have been with her care. The staff genuinely loves the residents and we have seen nothing but the utmost quality of care Mom. She is getting regular baths and even gets her hair done on Wednesdays! We are so thankful for Spring Arbor and the feeling of knowing our mom is safe and well taken care of.
