The staff and facility here are wonderful. It’s easy to see why they have been voted the best in the county. My mother has been at Spring Arbor for 2 years and I wouldn’t want her to be any where else if possible. If you care about your loved one, this is where you want them to be. There are lots of activities throughout the week to keep the residents active and involved instead of them simply sitting in their bedroom staring out the window (or wall) like other facilities.

!!WARNING!! Spring Arbor in Greenville, NC has been an absolute disaster for my grandfather’s safety and well‑being. Since January, he has fallen twice, both times hitting his head, and both times their response has been completely unacceptable. After the first fall (when he was clearly complaining of head pain) they did not take him to the hospital. He only got medical care after we made it clear we would call the police for a welfare check. No family should have to threaten law enforcement just to get basic medical attention for an elderly resident. What makes this place even worse is the behavior of the director, Carol. In our experience, she will say whatever she needs to say to protect the facility, even if that means giving inconsistent or misleading information to police and social services. Watching a director scramble to cover herself instead of prioritizing a vulnerable resident’s safety is beyond disturbing. Now my grandfather has fallen again, another head injury, another ER visit — another preventable crisis under their watch. If you care about your loved one, do not trust this facility. Their negligence, their lack of urgency, and their leadership’s willingness to twist the story make Spring Arbor a dangerous place for anyone who can’t advocate for themselves.

Great location! This is a beautiful assisted living facility with constant activities for residents. We had a family member stay here a few years back and she enjoyed her time here. She was able to socialize with new and old friends in the community when we were unable to visit.

As someone who has referred families to Spring Arbor of Greenville, the staff has been accommodating and quick to assist in the pre-admission process. It’s not a surprise that the community has a long standing reputation!
