Silverado Rolling Hills Memory Care Community

I went on a tour at Rolling Hills. GREAT TOUR! My host Christina was the best. While walking around we interacted with the residents. Every one was excited to see and talk to her. I was so impressed with the facility. Bailey the dog was a special touch. I would and will recommend Rolling Hills to everyone who would like their loved ones to be cared and loved. Awesome host and facility from start to finish!

I wanted to give a shout out to Oliver and his culinary team for organizing and creating beautiful and delicious luncheon for my mom and her friends in a private room at Silverado Rolling Hills. He has done this a few times and it is always a hit. Thank you, Oliver and team.

Silverado Memory Care in Rolling Hills has been great. This is the third facility I have moved my dad to in the last two years. I truly appreciate the caregivers and staff there. The training they have in dementia/Alzheimers is key to a good understanding of the behaviors people experience with the disease. This understanding is core to providing good care. It has made a big difference for my dad. The staff is able to adapt to his needs and preferences. At Silverado I feel he is in the best place he can be.

I brought my dad here about five weeks ago now. It was such a tough choice to make but everyone at Silverado was so understanding and supportive. Dad is a rather belligerent dementia patient and the staff have been fantastic with him. The facility is very nice, super clean, bright and airy and feels happy. The residents all look well cared for, clean and taken care of. Farid Taheri is wonderful. He’s constantly reassuring me that dad’s behavior is nothing they haven’t seen or handled before I don’t doubt for one second dad is getting excellent care. The food is fantastic and cooked by a professionally trained chef. They have lots of activities and holiday parties etc, and families are welcomed and encouraged to participate in those, or dine with them whenever they want. Farid, Ashley, Neyda and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I’ve never seen anyone raise their voice or be anything other than professional and friendly towards residents or other staff. I would recommend Silverado to anyone!
