Our mom has been living at Silverado Rolling Hills for almost a year and our family is so grateful for the entire staff! Every one there wants to make resident life safe, fun, entertaining, delicious, and simply welcoming. Any time there are issues or questions, we are able to communicate them easily to staff and they are addressed in a timely manner no matter how difficult or simple it might be. One of our favorite things to do is use the conference rooms to have meals with mom. The food made there is very good but sometimes mom wants something specific and it’s wonderful knowing we have that option available. It is wonderful to see how the staff interacts with other residents and I really appreciate how my mom can tell the kitchen staff if she wants something specific, for example a fried egg with soy sauce, and they happily accommodate her request. It is the little details like that that help me feel good inside about our decision to have our mom live at Silverado Rolling Hills. Thank you to everyone at Silverado, for helping care for our mother and our families.

I brought my dad here about five weeks ago now. It was such a tough choice to make but everyone at Silverado was so understanding and supportive. Dad is a rather belligerent dementia patient and the staff have been fantastic with him. The facility is very nice, super clean, bright and airy and feels happy. The residents all look well cared for, clean and taken care of. Farid Taheri is wonderful. He’s constantly reassuring me that dad’s behavior is nothing they haven’t seen or handled before I don’t doubt for one second dad is getting excellent care. The food is fantastic and cooked by a professionally trained chef. They have lots of activities and holiday parties etc, and families are welcomed and encouraged to participate in those, or dine with them whenever they want. Farid, Ashley, Neyda and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I’ve never seen anyone raise their voice or be anything other than professional and friendly towards residents or other staff. I would recommend Silverado to anyone!

I visited my aunt this week and I could not be happier from all the wonderful care that everyone is providing her. She was happy, smiling, she has friends now, and everyone treats her with the utmost respect. I love that everyone says hello and is so welcoming and you know everyone just cares here. Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt. She is like a mother to me.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care my mother is getting while living at Silverado Rolling Hills. We did extensive research into memory care facilities in the South Bay and were impressed by the Silverado philosophy of working with each resident to engage them at their individual level. My mom has been a resident for just over a year and has not always been the easiest personality. The staff has always treated her with dignity and patience and the way they have handled her difficult moments with compassion really showed us that they know how to manage dementia patients. The daily activities and quality of staff and caregivers have exceeded our expectations. It's a hard decision to move a loved one to a care facility but having my mom at Silverado has been the best decision we have made. We have a peace of mind every day knowing that she is part of a community that not only keeps an eye on her but really cares about her well-being.
