My experience with Silverado Memory Care has been extremely upsetting. During my visits, I personally witnessed residents left sitting in soiled clothing and needing attention for far too long. It was heartbreaking to see people who deserve dignity and compassion not receiving timely care. I expected a facility specializing in memory care to be attentive, responsive, and respectful toward vulnerable residents, but what I saw did not reflect that. Families place enormous trust in staff to provide basic comfort and cleanliness, and that trust was not honored in what I observed. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because the residents deserve far better.

It was kid-friendly and pet-friendly, which made our visits extra special. My grandpa especially lit up when he got to interact with pets and children—it brought him so much joy. We will always be grateful for the way they cared for my grandpa and the kindness they showed our entire family.
