The memory care staff is exceptional. Christine is wonderful and has a remarkable ability to make families feel comfortable and confident that their loved ones are in caring, capable hands. Gracie and Ricky consistently go above and beyond, showing genuine compassion and kindness to every resident. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing a safe, loving environment. We are incredibly grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend Shavano Park Senior Living.

I highly recommend Shavano Park Senior living. My mom was in the memory care area and was so very well taken care of. Staff was great about helping take care of my mom and advocating for her, especially Grace. They communicated with us so well about how my mom was doing. Staff handles residents and their needs so well. I’m grateful for all their hard work. This place is so helpful and so great with all their residents and I’m so grateful.

Shavano Park Senior Living facility a great facility with lots of activities and residents and staff appear so happy. I give a special 👏👏to Christine ( activity director ) whom is very well involved with the residents and greatly involved with them. She is well prepared and the residents adore her .The staff is very attentive and it’s great team effort. I give Shavano Park Senior Living 5 Stars Plus. I just can't say enough good things about the care my Dad received at Shavano Park Senior Living. From the beginning, Heather and LaShawn made us feel comfortable placing our loved one in their care. Melanie, the nurse, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Christine, the head of Memory Care, was so compassionate. She knew all about each resident and all of their needs. She always made time for the residents as well as their family members. Gracie, a med tech, was instrumental in the communication process that kept me involved in all the activities and care of my Dad. When I saw Gracie there, I knew everything was taken care of. She is a wonderful med tech as well as Jen and the other med techs. Naomi, a care giver, was so sweet and kind to all the residents, as well as Ricky and all the other care givers...unfortunately, I have forgotten many of their names, but I have not forgotten how caring they were. Also, Marcie took pride in making sure the rooms were clean for the residents. Her upbeat personality was appreciated by the residents and visitors. I feel very fortunate that we found Shavano Park Senior Living. Thank you.
