After referring multiple families and working with many residents in this community, I highly recommend Franklin Park Sonterra for its exceptional level of care and beautiful, welcoming environment. Went to look at this place for my grandmother. My anxiety levels went to a 10, but when I entered I was greeted by Susan. First of all, very professional but in a caring manner. She was treating my grandmother like she was a resident. Anxiety level down to a 7. She showed us the place. The amount of respect these residents have for Susan was astounding. Very polite, and respectful, and stylish. My grandmother shops at the same store where Susan shops. Anxiety level down to 5. Susan answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. At the end of our visit we met Suzanne and she was so sweet. Anxiety level down to a 2. This place is great.

My grandparents have been looking into senior living options for a couple of years now. We found Franklin Park while visiting Trader Joe’s (it’s within walking distance!!) and decided to tour. My grandparents were absolutely taken back by the luxury this community has to offer. So many amenities including a heated swimming pool, full service beauty salon, art studio, etc. Not to mention the spacious apartments with washer/dryer included. Huge plus. Each apartment has a nice patio balcony that fits an outdoor table and a few chairs. This community is pure elegance. Looking forward to the memories our grandparents will make here.
