As a Memory Care Director at another community, I love the MC unit at the Etta. Ms Ester is so much fun and competitive. The staff is kind and accommodating. We had a blast playing The Etta MC residents in a Balloon Volleyball match.

The staff at the Waterford is extremely attentive, and they are genuinely invested in provided top tier care to their residents. Lauren does a fantastic job of showing the best of this community, not to mention Eddie makes the best food in town.

I toured the Etta during a Christmas In July event they hosted, and am extremely impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the care community. The staff are extremely personable and have a genuine heart for the residents. It would a a cozy place with engaging activities and amenities. I definitely give them my highest recommendation to anyone that has a family member in need of care.

The Director Lisa Lopez has been exceptional to work with. She and her staff have contacted me on any and all issues good or bad. I have gotten to know some of the staff like Joanna Floth, Jessica Flores and Amber. I don’t know Ambers last name but nevertheless, they have all been great to work with and very responsive in returning calls. Thank you all for keeping my mothers safety and health your main concern!
