I brought my grandma for a tour and it seems like a very nice facility. Very clean too, which is hard to find. Rosanna was so sweet on our tour, you can tell there is real care for the residents.

I always thought when you sign up to be on a waiting list and you get a phone call letting you know an apartment is available, it means it's yours if you want it and obviously meet all the requirements. Silly me. I was ready to go, had all my documents prepared, just needed mgmnt to tell me when I could see the apt. After waiting over a month, I was told by a staff member that the property manager gave the apt to someone else. Never got to see it or officially apply. Sounds like someone was moved to the head of the line. I don't know if this a common occurrence at the other Senior Suites locations, but if it is, it's a lousy way to do business.

The Senior Suites of Norwood Park is in a really great location as my mother in law has been living there for olmost three years now and she really injoys the environment and the freedom she has to as she wishes with out having to take care of what a normal homeowner would have to do year around.

My grandmother lives here. Very nice facility with great programs for the tenate. Cost of living is slightly high however.
