Senior Suites of Belmont Cragin

My elderly sibling moved into Senior Suites Belmont Cragin in 2024. It is a great place to live. Senior Suites Belmont Cragin has everything senior citizens need, and the apartments and common areas are nice. The property manager and staff at Senior Suites Belmont Cragin are great, professional, helpful, kind, and considerate! Luecreasa, the property manager, has been a blessing to us from the initial telephone call, the visit to see the apartment and the move-in. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my sibling’s move-in was simple and stress-free. We greatly appreciate Luecreasa for everything she has done to make the rental and move-in process flow smoothly. Also, Senior Suites Belmont Cragin has fun activities and special events each month that benefit senior citizens. The Senior Suites Belmont Cragin staff check on the senior citizens daily. They have monthly housekeeping assistance and weekly transportation to the grocery store, which is a blessing for the senior citizens. Senior Suites Belmont Cragin is a great place to live, and we are so happy that someone told us about the Senior Suites of Belmont Cragin. I been in this building since 2009 love everything about it have no plans to ever leave here the people here are friendly management is awesome this building is well kept we have a nice patio maintenance is also they do a very good job responding to your needs quick to fix what needs to be fixed we also have a very large community room on the first floor we have nice activities and parties also there are community rooms on all 5 upper floors where you can entertain family and friends they all have tvs chairs a couch and table with 4 chairs 2 air conditioners laundry room on all floors you able to wash on any floor if someone is washing you can go on another floor to wash close to the stores and the mall overall this is a great place to live come check it out for yourself just don't go bye some negative reviews see for yourself

They don't let people visit and they're quick to kick anyone out. They are very cold, rude, and short with you!!! They kick you out for good and its not fair to be kept away from your loved ones just because they didn't know who you were. You don't even get a little warning! In fact, forbid you sit in the TV room down the hall. Oh wow. These rooms are little so as is. Whats so wrong about wanting to sit in a nice breathable room!! Wow. Dont do it!! This place is not right!!
