Manager is unprofessional and is facilitating the residential property like a irresponsible and uneducated person. What I have witnessed from this individual is the lack of knowledge and experience it takes to provide the best care for seniors. I really think the City of Chicago should be notified someone has to be a advocate for our seniors. Very Poor Place to Live.

I live there in 2012 it was the wonderful place to live the staff was great and very professional unless you change a lot staff it hard to believe it done got that bad If Ms Kim still they tell hello The building stay clean
