My appreciation & gratitude is beyond word to describe, the honesty& the warm pleasant respectful level of service I experienced in decades with Yumilka& Merrilina👍. They took me on their wings,via awesome COMMUNICATION. No gaslighting , manipulation or mind-games- just Normal behavior🤗. My work was exhausting, but nothing like theirs.They made IT SO MUCH EASIER for me. They worked with me, not against me.The way they persistly performed, was of the highest level & impressive. The processing of paperwork, phone call, double checking, etc. was enormous. When I went to get my keys, mostly every one spoke to.me😳. I know no situation is perfect & there's exceptions to the rules, but for the 1st time in 13 yes I really felt safe, comfortable & like I was in a good place. Trust respect & proper communication is the basics of any positive fruitful relationship. If this don't exist, one is doomed. This I didn't see. I felt at home, before I was at home. They were very welcoming. Literally, it changed my life, my view. It gave me hope to keep pushing because there are still truly some normal good people around. THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!! MELODY🥰.

Been here a year my husband and love it, feel safe, it's clean and up to date. Fast customer service and helpful staff at all time. Staff works weekends. Parking is good, will continue to live here as long as l can. This building has City of Chicago senior center which is so convenient. I highly recommend Kelvin Park Senior Suites Center to everyone.

My mom has been a resident at Senior-Suites Kelvyn Park for over three years, her experience at this residence has been excellent. The Manager, Yumilka and her team are responsive to the residents needs. I am most impressed on how well the property is maintained. Yumilka, also plans activities and holiday celebrations which engage the residents and creates a strong sense of community and are lots of fun for everyone!

My parents just moved in this month and they are so happy, the building is beautiful, clean, very accessible for seniors, Yumilka was extremely helpful with the whole process, she is a very kind hearted person, very professional, and is great with making tenants welcome, I’m sure my parents will be happy here , Marilina is also very helpful, with making my parents feel welcome. God bless both of them….
