My mother and I went to Ruby Commons for an event on Friday. It's a beautiful community and I can tell they have a lot of exciting things going on. All the staff and residents I met were so kind and happy. It was very inviting, clean, and the room we were in was nice. I liked the open, sunny areas in the community as well.

I give the 5 Star rating because of the current Executive Director, Jason S. My grandmother always said, "to give credit where credit is due." I feel my opinion is, that he is the best director that Ruby Commons has ever had because I've seen him bus tables, wash dishes, help with walkers and all things beyond the duty of a director which is very much appreciated.

My Mom has been a Heritage Place independent living resident for over 4 years. Her apartment is lovely and the building is homey, inviting, and festive. The community seems strong and friendly. I am so grateful to Barb Evanson and her staff for keeping everyone safe during the current pandemic and for her active involvement, strong leadership and compassionate care during this immensely difficult time. I very much appreciate receiving the regular newsletters and when I have questions or concerns, Barb has replied promptly. She is an open and effective communicator, and her follow through is consistent. Thank you Barb and Heritage Place staff for all that you do!

The Heritage is really a special place. The staff knows not only the tenants, but their families and makes everyone feel so welcome. Prior to his death two years ago, my father always remarked about how grateful he was that he and our step-mother made the decision to make their home at the Heritage. They really enjoyed all of the activities and the friendly community. A special shout out to Barb who is the heart and soul of the Heritage along with her well-trained staff.
