My first time visiting our 90 year old mother who is in rehab. Very nice, clean place. One of the aides had just given mom a shower and was getting her gown on and getting her into bed. This employee was very professional and had alot if patience. I thanked her for taking such good care of our mom and told her that people who have jobs caring for others are very much valued and appreciated by families and they deserve sainthhood.

My Dad has been here for about two weeks for rehabilitation after having double pneumonia. From the moment I transferred him from the hospital he was greeted with kindness and information. The food has been very good, therapy has been excellent and what he needs. Any concerns or questions I raised were listened to and responded to. The only drawback is that he doesn't have a shower in his room, but he has not even mentioned anything negative about using the shower room. His room is clean and they have appropriate grab bars for him to use.

My dad stayed at Franciscan Place for four weeks for rehab, and overall, it was a great experience. The facility was clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. It genuinely seemed like the staff enjoyed working there, which made a difference—it carried through to the care they provided. His rehab room was spacious and filled with natural light, and the smaller size of the facility made it feel well-staffed and organized. The structured routine helped keep his care on track. The only drawback for him was the lack of an in-room shower. He wasn’t a fan of the scheduled showers, mentioning that the shower room felt cold—but that’s subjective. As for meals, he had mixed experiences. He didn’t always receive everything he ordered, but every meal I saw was plentiful with a good variety, and he always had a big breakfast. Overall, the care, cleanliness, and atmosphere made this a strong choice for rehab. I’d recommend it.

A very nice, welcoming place with friendly, helpful folks! I have a friend undergoing rehab here, and was very impressed with the care he’s receiving and the staff he’s working with!
