The staff here is amazing and the level of care is exceptional. The nurses and staff go above and beyond. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Director of Nursing, Kierra, is the greatest asset the facility has. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend River Crossing to anyone.

It’s always hard putting loved ones into an assisted living facility because of the thought of the unknown and not being there to see what’s going on personally. However, I can honestly say that this place has eased all of our worries. They are so kind and gentle with my grandmother and just watching how they are with the other residents as well, is comforting to know that they are truly in great hands. The Director of Nursing, Kierra, has been so pleasant to deal with. She has always answered any of our questions and/or concerns and will personally go out of her way to make sure that the residents are taken care of with the care and compassion they deserve. I definitely recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ River Crossing Assisted Living truly stands out as an exceptional facility. The staff is incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to every resident’s needs. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve, and they always go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. The facility itself is spotless and very well-maintained. From the common areas to the residents’ rooms, everything is clean, organized, and comfortable. It gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such a safe and well-kept place. The directors are also fantastic — approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to maintaining high standards of care. Their leadership shows in every aspect of the community. I highly recommend River Crossing Assisted Living to anyone looking for a professional and caring assisted living facility.

This is a great facility with great staff, a friend of mine is a resident here. When I go visit I have always noticed the thoughtful decorations, and the clean, and welcoming atmosphere. The DON Kierra, is also pretty amazing she treats residents, and the staff like they are family. I highly recommend!!
