Moving my mom into Rigden Farm was one of the best decisions our family has made, and I'm confident you and your loved one will feel the same way. We were in a tough spot — we needed to move quickly, and I mean *quickly*. We toured on a Wednesday morning, had dinner there that evening, and by 6pm Friday my mom was moved in. The staff made what could have been an incredibly stressful transition feel seamless. And that's really the hallmark of Rigden Farm's team — they work *with* you. They're open to feedback, always willing to listen, and genuinely invested in making sure residents and families are happy. I've been consistently impressed every time I visit. Three months in, my mom is genuinely thriving. She's been playing bingo, competing in trivia, decorating her door for the Christmas contest, and even participated in the 2026 Rigden Senior Living Olympiad! She's made real friends, and there's a wonderful balance between having personal space and staying social. She told me, "Even if I could get around easier, I would keep living here" — and that says everything. The onsite physical therapy has been a true godsend. Her physical mobility has improved significantly since moving in, and the occupational therapist helped her navigate getting to her car independently — something that has made a huge difference for her sense of independence and confidence. The one area I'd note is that the food can be hit or miss. Corporate policy requires food to be cooked to certain temperatures (apprently), so options like medium rare meat or flaky fish aren't on the table. That said, my mom has learned what works for her, and the team is genuinely responsive to resident feedback — so it's something they're actively working to improve within their constraints. I didn't tour other facilities, but I don't need to — I'm completely confident that Rigden Farm is the best of the best.

Enjoyed a Rigden Farm Senior Living Tour recently. Am a Retired Nurse. Sales Director, Allie Pilkington, & David Ferguson, Executive Director were a part of Tour. Sent me a packet of Rigden Farm Senior Living information by mail! ALL Staff were Wonderful! Apartments Classy! Dining Room and Service Incredible! Location in Fort Collins? Surrounded by Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Malls, & Services. Ample Parking for Independent Living. Multiple Floor Serviced by Elevators. One Outstanding Trait I especially noticed? Resident Smiles! Use of Personal Names in Greetings. Did not notice one sad face! Place is beyond Well Managed. Would Highly Recommend Rigden Farm Senior Living!

Love this place! My parents moved from across the country to Rigden to be near me yet I and the rest of the family was a little skeptical that they would be OK in an independent living apartment situation with both of them having dementia/forgetfulness struggles yet physically independent. After weighing several other communities in town, we gave Rigden a trial run. Now, after a week of living here, my parents seem to love their unit, the staff, the food, and the other residents very much. All they say is "Everyone is just so helpful and nice to us!" The staff enthusiastically assure me often that they are doing quite well in their adjustment and fitting right in beautifully. I'm honestly shocked that everything has gone so well and this is huge load off our minds that the staff can be so helpful with effortless dignity and encouragement. I highly recommend Rigden Farm Senior Living!

Mom lived at Rigden Farm Senior Living for six years. She was happy there and made great friends. The staff is caring and facility well cared for. We were at her apartment every week and felt she really had a community looking out for her. She got rides to appointments, participated in activities offered and enjoyed the entertainment program. Highly recommend.
