Saw this 62 and older senior community today and it is beautiful. Many options to choose from in floor plans and coloring of cabinets. The views are of the Medical College in the distance and some of the park along with overlooking National Avenue and Sunnyslope. There are several levels of construction and currently there is a waitlist for the apartments that will be completed in 2020. This is a full-service senior community, for 62 years of age and older. All the apartments come equipped with chords that you can pull if you fall and other adaptive equipment throughout the building. The computer room has reading devices for those with low vision and 4 computers. With classes available to learn how to use social media and other programs. Everybody is given their own personal password 4 using the computer. There is also a movie theater, game room, and Bar that you can have your own storage for your private liquor. After you're done in the room you leave the glasses in the sink and the staff will come and wash them and put them back into the cupboards. There are many social activities inside the building and outings available. Also there is a small store where you can purchase things such as cards,snacks, and gifts. This is a must-see complex in the New Berlin area. Compared to the other local Senior Communities this one offers many more amenities. Extremely large hallways Community seating areas on each floor benches in the hallway and at the elevators so that you can sit down if you need to. The storage units are very good sized enough for a 6-foot Christmas tree an additional storage boxes. This building is truly secure unlike the other senior buildings in the area. Rules and regulations in the lease are enforced. Professional maintenance is used to keep the building in Tip-Top shape. Central air and heat, electricity run average of $75 a month. They offer several denominations of religious and spiritual services.

I think Regency New Berlin is a wonderful community! When I look around I see happy people, residents seem to have a sense of community. Staff will drop things to help residents in whatever their needs are. They seem to be employees that relate to the needs of seniors and have a passion for what they do. The facility is pretty and clean, I can always count on seeing seasonal decor which is cheerful. There are lots of activities for residents to do, anyone could find something to occupy their time, in my opinion. The dining experience allows for menu choices and specialty meals to amp things up. Many times they even have entertainment in the dining room to enhance the meals that are served. There are exercise programs almost all the time so, you don’t have to leave the building to stay physically fit. There are bus trips to stores and restaurants, as well as entertainment venues. The residents seem to network with one another quite frequently and that makes for a very friendly environment. And there really are so many other things to say, but if you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Regency New Berlin. Take a tour, I think you’ll like what you see!

We have lived at the Regency in New Berlin for three years and even though we found it difficult to give up our home of 50 years, we now enjoy living here. The staff and residents are caring and friendly, there are lots of varied activities and we love our spacious new apartment. We especially like that it is truly independent living as whether you use some services like housekeeping and dining is completely up to you. Many thanks to our staff for all their excellent work!

In January 2023 we transitioned both of my parents to The Regency New Berlin's assisted living facility from their senior apartment wing. After 9 months now we give The Regency a rave review. My Dad said he was "in paradise." The staff, nurses, dining team and maintenance all go above and beyond to assist my parents. My father was in at-home hospice for a few months and when his conditioned worsened the team at The Regency did everything they could to help him, my Mom and our family through a difficult time. We appreciate them all!
