At our nonprofit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), you can live your life with freedom and independence—just as you always have—plus have the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise.
Redwood Terrace features spacious independent living apartments and cottages, as well as assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and memory care—all on one beautiful campus.

My family member (Brother) stayed at Redwood Terrace for rehabilitation after a CVA (stroke), and the care was excellent from start to finish. The staff were compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping with recovery. Therapy was thorough and encouraging, and the nursing team made sure every need was met. We’re so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and teamwork that made such a difference. Highly recommend Redwood Terrace for anyone needing rehab or skilled nursing care!

In the 13 days I spent recovering from hip surgery at Redwood Terrace I enjoyed their wide selection of tasty food. The nurses and other attendants were kind and helpful. Physical therapy and occupational therapy each happened twice a week contributing to my early release home.

I’ve now stayed at 3 different skilled nursing facilities and Redwood Terrace was the best. It is clean, well maintained, has a fantastic staff, is well managed and believe it or not has easily the best food. Highly recommended!

My mom has lived at Redwood for 14 years. My dad was there for 7 years before he passed away. We have experienced all levels of care from independent to assisted to memory care and skilled nursing for my dad. I can honestly say that I have never had any unpleasant issues. I have recommended Redwood to many many people and will continue to do so. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom. I think of it a blessing for myself and my mom.
