My wife has received terrific care. All care givers are attentive to her needs and quickly resolve issues when they arise. Care givers are friendly to residents and visitors.

For the past few months, I have had the pleasure of being at Quail Haven Village for Physical Therapy. My experience here has been amazing. Everyone has been so very positive and good to me. I am going to be discharged and is with remorse because part of me still wants to be here because of the surroundings that I’ve received. If I had to do it all over again I would use Quail Haven to come back to for more health care. I have really enjoyed my stay here

My mother suffered from a spinal cord injury. She was in Moore county for three weeks instead of coming to the hospital, which was just miles away. They accepted her at Quail Haven then told me that she was too much that they could handle and she needed to go to a spinal cord entry place. We then had to wait a week and a half in the meantime, she was subjected to staff that would fight in front of her and did not like their jobs and voiced it a lot in front of her and the food was often cold by the time she got to eat it because she could not feed herself so they would make her wait to feed her. I was very unimpressed with this place given the fact that it has such great reviews I would never recommend it to anyone that has a family member that is unable to be an advocate for themselves
