Handyman Melvin at The Oaks provides professional results. He fixed the toilet and my closet door quickly and efficiently the day I called about the problems. Timely repairs in a retirement community are important. Oscar and Will have also provided great handyman services.

As much as the deciding factors of acquiring a competitive price point, securing an accommodative location and checking off services offered must dictate one’s decision in choosing a personal residence, the most influential factor for my wife and myself was experiencing the Preston Place community organic display of authentic care and professional concern for each Preston Place resident once they’ve actually moved in. I met some nice people at Preston Place now called The Oaks at Plano. However, I had lots of maintenance issues due to understaffing, and my unit was somewhat overpriced. Management tried but did not receive enough funding or support from corporate.
