I have lived at this community for 5 years and have never seen a better management and staff. They are all very kind, diligence, efficient and a joy to be around. They are in the process of making much needed repairs to our pool and the rest of the complex and we should all be very thankful. The food is great and well priced. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any requests. There is lovely landscaping and overall I for one and very comfortable living here. It is truly home and I am happy Donnie, Paige and Jill and all of the staff take such good care of us and our needs. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants to feel at home amongst friends.

I can’t imagine living anywhere else!! Friends are more like family and more activities than most places have. Management and maintenance are absolutely the best. If you don’t particapate that’s your fault. There is something for everyone. If not just ask and there will be.

I met some nice people at Preston Place now called The Oaks at Plano. However, I had lots of maintenance issues due to understaffing, and my unit was somewhat overpriced. Management tried but did not receive enough funding or support from corporate.

As much as the deciding factors of acquiring a competitive price point, securing an accommodative location and checking off services offered must dictate one’s decision in choosing a personal residence, the most influential factor for my wife and myself was experiencing the Preston Place community organic display of authentic care and professional concern for each Preston Place resident once they’ve actually moved in.
