Impressed and pleased with Holiday Peninsula's overall operations. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped my mother find a unit perfectly suited for her needs. Extra care and attention have been a recurrent theme in her move. Most importantly, she is excited for her new adventure conveniently located to all the best Gig Harbor has to offer.

The remodel is well done and the community has a fresh feel to it. The community sales manager, Lora, is very caring and interested in making sure the residents are happy in their new home.

I would not recommend Holiday Peninsula, or any Atria facilities, to any potential resident. The corporation is too big, and non-responsive to residents who have issues with their policies. The food is barely cafeteria level in quality. Culinary staff is not properly trained in the culinary arts. Food products are of low quality due to restrictive purchasing from Sysco. Continual staffing issues with food servers, and housekeepers. Considering all of these issues, it is a poor value for the amount paid.
