My parents spent 5 months enduring continuous neglect in the memory care at Gig Harbor Court. I tried working with staff and supervisors but just got more empty promises. The care plan was not followed. I’ll leave it there. Reported to Ombudsman in August of 2025.

Gig Harbor Court is a wonderful facility. My husband recently moved to memory care there. The caregivers are fabulous. They keep the residents engaged and well-cared for. Each resident is treated with respect and kindness.

I am an outside provider. The staff is very helpful and caring. Pam, receptionist, is extremely helpful and compassionate.
