Great facility. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We talked to a resident that had been living there for 4 years. She was very friendly and said that she loved it! We are seriously thinking of moving here!

My inlaws moved from a house in Killeen, TX, to Parc Place one year ago. My wife was worried specifically that her mother, who was a bit resistant to the move, would be unhappy in any independent living center. Well, now she tells us about once a week that she loves living at Parc Place! Either my wife or I are visiting nearly every day (we live five miles away). Every one of the staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they love their jobs. The rent payment does go up annually, but then so does every other form of rental property in the D/FW area. It's a good value, with all utilities and cable TV included, plus breakfast. It's a great choice for independent living.

Parc Place is a great place to live. The facility is Older than some, but the staff is excellent from top to bottom. I feel welcome and safe here. The food is delicious, and the activities are great.

My mother has lived there for over 3yrs and absolutely loves the staff and the residents. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents and their families feel welcome. The activities are engaging and lively. You can tell the staff put in a lot of effort for the residents and it shows. BUUUUT once True Connections Communities (out of Florida) bought Parc Place, the residents are now being nickel and dimed every.few.months….. all the groceries in the country store went up (one canned Coke is now $2!), housekeeping cost went up (and they’re coming less), they took the nice coffee maker out and replaced it with the pump kind and it’s always cold & empty, and now they have the audacity to ask the residents to chip in for housekeeping, staff & maintenance because the company isn’t giving them a holiday bonus!! True Connections Communities is cheapening the place but charging more money. It’s a shame. We expect rent to increase but almost every month they’re getting a letter raising the price of something. It’s ridiculous! Parc Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ True Connections Communities- 😡
