My husband and I have lived at Parc Place since August 4, 2025. We are very pleased and feel we have found our “forever” home. We enjoy the relationships we have made, the food is wonderful, great amenities, and beautiful accommodations. It is a great place live and we highly recommend it.

My mother in law and my mother both stayed at Parc Place and they loved it as did I. 4 elevators mess you are never stuck and they do a great job with various social activities.

My inlaws moved from a house in Killeen, TX, to Parc Place one year ago. My wife was worried specifically that her mother, who was a bit resistant to the move, would be unhappy in any independent living center. Well, now she tells us about once a week that she loves living at Parc Place! Either my wife or I are visiting nearly every day (we live five miles away). Every one of the staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they love their jobs. The rent payment does go up annually, but then so does every other form of rental property in the D/FW area. It's a good value, with all utilities and cable TV included, plus breakfast. It's a great choice for independent living.
