Elder care facilities are part of a really tough industry. We have had good experiences at PBMC. The staff are caring, attentive and kind, in particular the Director of Nursing, Katonya Perue, is very responsive, accountable and a pleasure (no drama!). Everyone, from the front staff and management team, work very hard. It's not easy to care for so many people in varying states of dementia and distress. No place is perfect - it definitely helps for a family member to be on site nearly every day to catch things that could be better. I think the main recommendation I'd have to improve is better consistency with staff training, permanent message boards for each room with printed and dated instructions / checklists for care staff to read at each shift start. The facility itself is new and quite attractive in particular because it has interior courtyards accessible to residents and very good natural light in all the rooms. It would be nice if sound-proofing could be added to the main sitting area, as the acoustics are deafening and make visiting hard as it requires shouting to be heard over all the competing noise. On the whole we've been quite happy though in the 10 months we've had our loved one here.

We had the best experience at Palm Beach Memory Care for my mom. The facility is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a 5 star resort. Cindy made the admissions and transfer so easy and really made us feel special and welcome! The staff is so compassionate, kind and patient. The activities by Rafael and Gina are superior to any other memory care around. Would recommend to anyone needing memory care!

I have had the pleasure of seeing my patients at Palm Beach Memory Care since opening day. My patients receive caring, compassionate, and competent care by their dedicated, loving staff. My patients are truly thriving and maintaining their wellness. As a nurse practitioner, I feel it is imperative to assure wellness is preserved and patients are living the best quality of life possible.
