Along with the great staff at the cottages - I have assisted with the care of my awesome friend of 30+ years. She has been at the cottages for 2 years and I’m highly grateful for their attention to all of our needs. The management is their everyday and are always accessible if needed. Thanks to julie and her team - I can rest peacefully that all is handled ! I highly recommend the cottages at Green Valley !!!!

Took my parents in to tour the Cottages. The tour was pleasant and informative. The residents seemed very comfortable and content. It was important to my parents that they were friendly and welcoming. I personally liked the family feel of the cottages. The thing that my parents were concerned about was, what seemed like, lack of brightness and some dim lighting. They also thought the decor was somewhat dated. Overall, with the spacious units and small community of residents, we felt the Cottages are a great option.

We visited and toured this senior living facility for my Dad who will need this level of living. We found the property very pretty, decorated beautifully for Halloween, the residences spotless and our escort and Sales Director Jackie was thorough, friendly, and most supportive of the kind of situation my Dad may need. The residents we were able to meet were quite happy and very interested in showing us their rooms. It was a very charming experience. We are very happy to begin the process for his residency at Pacifica.

My dad has been a resident for several months. The sales director Jackie clearly cares about the residents and works hard to put them in the best cottage for the most appropriate level of care. Dad has grown close to the caregivers, who are attentive, and caring. Socorro especially goes the extra mile to provide excellent care.
