I toured this community while researching options for my parents and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere feels more like a luxury cruise ship or resort than a traditional senior living community. The amenities, dining, and overall environment were outstanding, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I came looking for a place for my parents and left thinking I’d happily live here myself. Highly recommend this community!

I toured Merrill Gardens today, it my first time being inside an assisted living facility. Spacious suites, lots of recreational activities, and a very family oriented staff. I found Kristel to be welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. Overall, a positive first experience.

We took a tour at Merrill Gardens yesterday. I wish I could remember the name of our tour guide, might have been Vicky, she’s from New York City. She was excellent. We liked the wait list policy (I believe it was $4500 refundable, basically just enough to make sure that ppl are serious), the activity selection - both on and off site— the outdoor spaces, the pool, the apartments, and the dining room. The drawbacks were that the pool was small, and there is no pickleball court.

As a medical office, we work closely with many assisted living communities, and this facility is among the best. All staff are great, Kristel the resident care director is professional, responsive, and truly collaborative, making coordinated care seamless. The environment in Merrill Gardens is very clean, well-managed, and resident-focused. We highly recommend this community to families and healthcare partners alike.
