I had an opportunity to visit and tour Osprey Village several weeks ago. I was very impressed with the facility, staff and services provided to the residents. Enjoyed a delicious lunch in their beautiful dining room and then checked out the gym, pool and the lounge. The lounge opens for "Happy Hour" where you can enjoy a cocktail, visit with friends and relax. If you are searching for a retirement community, don't miss Osprey Village, Amelia Island, Florida.

I have been living here at Osprey Village or 15 months. It is a never ending vacation! There is something for everyone. For me I enjoy the social interaction of residents, three golf courses, petanque terrain and pickleball courts. But, today I am writing about our remarkable dining services to recognize the excellent food and customer service. I have food sensitivities and the wait staff and management always remember that I can't eat dairy and I am gluten-free. I ordered 1/2 turkey (and asked specifically for dark meat) to go this Thanksgiving. It was outstanding. I am writing to compliment our caring dining staff for their attention to our daily needs. Great customer service always starts with exceptional leadership - Executive Director of Dining Victor, Executive Chef Jay and Dining Room Manager, Felicia. Kudos and thanks to all of them. Diane Duffy does an exceptional presentation of activities which is hourly for her Assisted Living population!! She is present and directly involved and makes certain that those in her care attend activities with a knock on each door and an encouraging word to attend! Not only are activities in house but frequently residents are taken to lunch and dinner by bus to restaurants as well as to local theaters. No venue seems to be too difficult even with a most challenged resident! She earns a gold star for each and every day’!

Great community for retirees! Living among a wonderful group of now good friends, we have services offered to make life easier. Every staff member goes out of their way to simplify responsibilities. Amazing place!
