My partner has been in Memory Care for 2 months at Orchard Pointe. I am grateful for the good care and especially the time , patience and personal interaction the Memory care staff has with her. Everyone I have met and had interaction with at the HC facility were professional and very supportive. The "caregivers" in the memory care unit deserve special notice as I have witness from my interaction with them and their willingness to support my partner and my many questions. Kudos go out to Amanda, who I see often as well as Haley and Lori. All of the Memory care support team do a great job , Kudos to the whole team. I am glad we chose Orchard Pointe, HC

I was impressed from the moment I walked through the doors. The building is beautiful, clean, and has a pleasant aroma. The residents all looked happy and interacted with the staff like they were old friends. Staff was not only friendly but eager to be a help.

Our family was very pleased with this facility’s they to wonderful care and service to our family member that live there in assisted living. The staff, nurses, house keeping, were all wonderful. The meals were also wonderful for our family member and we enjoyed a meal or two with them. They were very concerned about our family member in her final days. If we could give more stars then a five we would give them a 10 plus.
