My impression when I first looked at Story Point two years ago, was that it was very ALIVE! Two years later when looking again, the same feeling prevailed. This place is ALIVE! Tyler came in on a holiday to show us around! He, and everyone we have worked with along this journey and transition have been kind and accommodating. It’s been a joy and we are grateful for everyone who’s been there for us.

I had the opportunity to visit StoryPoint Fort Wayne North, and I was genuinely impressed. The community is absolutely beautiful—everything is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has a warm, welcoming feel the moment you walk in. The atmosphere stands out the most. There’s a real sense of comfort and positivity, and you can tell the residents are well cared for. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in a place like this. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into creating an environment that feels like home while also offering great amenities and activities. I would definitely feel confident having a loved one here. Highly recommend checking it out!

I recently toured StoryPoint while exploring independent living options for my parents, and the experience was exceptional. The tour process was seamless and informative, providing a very clear picture of daily life. Tyler did a wonderful job showcasing the full range of facilities, from the living suites to the social areas. The intentional design makes the space feel warm and high-end rather than clinical. It is clear that resident comfort and family peace of mind are top priorities, and I walked away feeling very confident in the quality of the environment.

The team at Storypoint is phenomenal! Cody went above and beyond with short notice to take care of my family, setting us up with a fantastic residence and team that supports in every way possible. From the level of care, to the community members, to the friendly and welcoming staff, Storypoint Fort Wayne would be my first recommendation for any senior residence!
