I recently enjoyed some time at Orchard Park with my daughter on Halloween. They had a great set up and we felt so welcomed and had so much fun. It was so nice to see all the older people outside also enjoying the festivities. My daughter got a face paint and she loved it! Looks like a really nice place and the staff are so caring from what I saw.

Good Afternoon, from the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted warmly by Debra. It was very inviting clean and smelled amazing. I can tell that your facility maintenance staff takes great pride in cleaning and disinfecting the facility, while still making it feel like home. The only thing missing was a mat at the door that said “Welcome Home”. Keep up the great work!

My father has been a resident of Orchard Park since October 2023, after a few months it was necessary to move him to the memory care area. I am very pleased with the care and kindness of the staff. Jazmine was our first contact person who showed us around the facility. She’s on top of any issues and really cares. Capri is in charge of the memory care patients and that is a huge challenge that she does well. They both take care of any concerns or questions that we have. I am pleased at how they respond and take care of issues. The staff is kind and caring to the residents. This is my 4th family member to live in a facility and so far Orchard Park has been our best experience.
