I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. We met with ViAnna, a sales counselor there, and she is absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, an attentive listener, and took the time to truly understand exactly what my parents need for this next chapter. The environment is beautiful, but it’s the people like ViAnna who make it special. I highly recommend this community and ViAnna to anyone looking for great care for their loved ones!

Darlene makes a point to engage with families and residents. Her compassion for the residents and their families is very apparent. When concerns have come up she has always been available to listen and to address those concerns. Her role as an administer is demanding and she makes an effort to be present for her residents. She has made our experience with The Landing a good one.

Carrie Williams, DON at The Landing of Watercrest Shadow Creek in Pearland, is great to work with—she coordinates well with our team, supports in-service trainings, and finds creative ways to use technology to improve patient safety; when we had a patient in memory care, the facility was clean and the support staff were excellent and very attentive, and we would confidently recommend the facility to any of our clients.
