Ashlyn made this process so amazing! She’s very welcoming, attentive, and cares about her team and the families coming in! She listens to your concerns and makes your loved ones feel special every day! I had a wonderful experience with the team at Creekside! The staff is incredibly compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated to providing the best care for their residents. You can tell they genuinely care about each individual and go above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Our experience with Ashlyn at Creekside Alzheimer’s Special Care Center has been nothing but positive. Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is incredibly emotional and stressful for families, and having someone who truly listens and cares makes all the difference. Ashlyn took the time to answer our questions, walk us through everything, and made us feel like our loved one wasn’t just another resident but a person who mattered. She was always compassionate, patient, and honest about the level of care provided. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. It’s a tough job working with memory care, and it takes a special kind of person to do it with the kindness and professionalism she shows every day. No place is perfect, but having staff like Ashlyn who advocate for residents and communicate with families makes a huge impact. We’re grateful for the support and reassurance she’s provided during a really difficult time for our family.

Our family is so grateful to have found Creekside. Ashlyn was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process; her compassion and expertise made a difficult transition so much easier. The entire staff is remarkably patient and attentive, treating every resident with the dignity they deserve. What truly stands out is the level of activities provided. The staff is so involved, creating an environment where residents aren't just cared for, but are truly engaged and happy. The facility is consistently clean and well-organized, and seeing our loved one participate in such thoughtful programming gives our family immense peace of mind. We are so thankful they are in such kind, capable hands.

This review is long overdue. My mother was a resident at Creekside from January 25, 2021, until her passing on November 20, 2025. As the only in-state caregiver for my mom, Creekside was truly a God-send. I never had to worry about her when I traveled, and I always knew she was loved and well cared for. The leadership and staff—especially the caregivers—genuinely care about the residents. During her entire time there, I had no complaints, and I was at the facility almost every day(when not traveling). A special thank-you to Executive Director Debbie for running such a tight ship; it shows in every aspect of how the community is managed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for both my mother and me.
