Our family is so grateful to have found Creekside. Ashlyn was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process; her compassion and expertise made a difficult transition so much easier. The entire staff is remarkably patient and attentive, treating every resident with the dignity they deserve. What truly stands out is the level of activities provided. The staff is so involved, creating an environment where residents aren't just cared for, but are truly engaged and happy. The facility is consistently clean and well-organized, and seeing our loved one participate in such thoughtful programming gives our family immense peace of mind. We are so thankful they are in such kind, capable hands.

Creekside Memory Care has been an absolute blessing for our family. The staff truly goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, personalized care. My relative is always upbeat, smiling, and genuinely happy, something we don’t take for granted. What means the most to us is how the team treats her like their own family member. That level of love and attentiveness speaks volumes. Over time, the employees have become like family to us as well. We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and peace of mind they provide every single day.

My sweet daddy was at Creekside not even a month before he passed. My dad was in advanced stage Alzheimer’s when we moved him. He was confused and extremely agitated but the care team at Creekside were patient and gave him the best care possible. I witnessed for myself the compassion and attention the caregivers show each resident. Although my dad was very hard to handle, Creekside staff and Vantage hospice did their very best to make his transition from this life to eternity one of comfort and dignity. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Creekside!

Our experience with Ashlyn at Creekside Alzheimer’s Special Care Center has been nothing but positive. It’s a tough job working with memory care, and it takes a special kind of person to do it with the kindness and professionalism she shows every day. No place is perfect, but having staff like Ashlyn who advocate for residents and communicate with families makes a huge impact. We’re grateful for the support and reassurance she’s provided during a really difficult time for our family.
