Our family is so grateful to have found Creekside. Ashlyn was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process; her compassion and expertise made a difficult transition so much easier. Creekside Memory Care has been an absolute blessing for our family. The staff truly goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, personalized care. My relative is always upbeat, smiling, and genuinely happy, something we don’t take for granted. What means the most to us is how the team treats her like their own family member. My sweet daddy was at Creekside not even a month before he passed. My dad was in advanced stage Alzheimer’s when we moved him. He was confused and extremely agitated but the care team at Creekside were patient and gave him the best care possible. I witnessed for myself the compassion and attention the caregivers show each resident. Although my dad was very hard to handle, Creekside staff and Vantage hospice did their very best to make his transition from this life to eternity one of comfort and dignity. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Creekside!
