Our family has been with Optimized Senior Living for about 7 weeks now, and I truly could not be happier with the care my mother is receiving. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and always alert to what my mom needs. I genuinely feel heard and listened to whenever I have questions or concerns, which brings so much peace of mind. The food is all homemade, and you can tell it’s prepared with care and love. The environment feels welcoming and compassionate, and the level of personal attention my mom receives is something I’m so grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mother to be, and I know without a doubt that choosing Optimized Senior Living was the right decision. Communication with our family has been excellent-we are kept informed and feel comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. There are plenty of activities and social opportunities that help residents stay engaged and feel part of a community, which has made a positive difference in her overall happiness and well-being. Knowing that our loved one is safe, comfortable, and cared for gives us tremendous peace of mind. We would highly recommend Optimized to any family!

Saying I am thrilled is an understatement! This is the second place I have had my aging mother in. She was in Florida for 9 months in a very high-end assisted living and hated it. With no family left in Florida, it was apparent she could not be in a state without any support. So, we moved here to Ohio and bought a small house in Bellbrook next to her granddaughter and a half-mile from me. Things went very well for a while but she began to have more memory issues. Next, we moved her in with us and thought things would be okay but they were not. After a few months, my mom needed more hands-on care and more "touch-time" for her to not "forget" where she was and to not panic. Things started going downhill pretty fast in March and I started looking for a place for her. I visited about 10 places before I check out Optimized. I was very surprised by the value, staff to client ratio, facility and the level of care it offered. I kept thinking there has to be a catch but there is not. My mom has been there for 2 months and is doing well. My husband and me are actually enjoying life again. One f the best things Optimized did is helping with my guilt about putting my mother back into a facility. BUT, it turns out the right facility makes all the difference in the world. I truly wish my mother did not need to be in a memory care facility but if she has to be in one, Optimized is best. They make both of us feel like family and the care they give her and me is simply amazing. Can not say enough great stuff about Optimized Senior Living,

I’ve worked in hospice for 15 years and deal with around 40 facilities the past 3 years working outside in the community. I can say the business plan the local owner created was out of compassion and seeing the deep need for a place like home. I often recommend Optimized locations to families trying to take the difficult step of finding a place to trust. I understand the decision is hard and at times can create anxiety, Optimized is a locally family owned Al/Mc and you won’t get lost in the shuffle of a nationwide facility chain. The admin and staff know every residents family, stories and needs. The staff care deeply about their personal experiences. I’ve seen a lot of positive changes the last few years as they keep perfected the Optimized way to grow and adjust to needs of community.
